Approach

Finding safety within.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. My role is to walk alongside you as we gently understand the patterns that once protected you, strengthen your inner resources, and create a connection with self that allows you to fully experience the present moment.

Depending on your needs, our work may include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Somatic approaches, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based therapies. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique goals and experiences.

Details

A few practical notes.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. I offer secure online therapy for adults located in Washington.

What is your rate? Do you take insurance or offer a sliding scale?

Guided by social work values, my practice operates on a community-supported economic model. The standard private pay fee of $250 allows me to dedicate a substantial portion of my practice to accepting health insurance and offering a sliding scale for individuals facing financial hardship. While my sliding scale and insurance slots are currently full, this structure ensures I can sustainably provide high-quality care across a diverse economic spectrum. For private pay clients, I can provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults seeking support. Clients begin therapy for a range of reasons; some of which can include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. You do not need to be able to articulate what you need help with, you can book a consultation call and we can discuss it together whether therapy would be the right step for you.

Do I have to be in the U.S.?

My current license allows me to only meet with clients that are physically located in Washington state. In the coming months I will be offering a mentorship that is available internationally. Join the waitlist on my website to be the first to know when it's launched!
